About the Role
We are seeking motivated and hardworking Landscaping Crew Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in creating and maintaining outdoor landscapes for residential and commercial clients. You will work closely with other team members to deliver projects on time, ensuring that our clients' visions are brought to life.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Assist in planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as per design specifications
- Install and repair of sprinkler systems
- Follow instructions from the Crew Leader and report any issues or concerns promptly
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
