About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Crew Member who is interested in moving up to a foreman in the near future and eventually to a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various landscaping tasks, including planting, sprinkler install, machine operation, sod install, maintenance and is prepared to lead projects and guide a team.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality landscaping projects from start to finish.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in planning and implementing landscaping designs.
- Train and lead crew members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Assist project manager in scheduling, ordering materials, and managing project timelines.
Requirements
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional landscaping.
Demonstrated experience with landscaping tools and techniques.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
